Big buttons / current conditions

I want the yes/no buttons (the blue ones that i made) to have the same conditions that "interested in vendors" where you choose yes or no currently has. 

How do I set that up? 

Or...how to I put the buttons in the "interested in vendor" section that already has the conditions set that opens to the choices based on whether they click yes or no? 

My main goal is to have the large yes/no buttons with the conditions that are currently set in there.

You can simply edit your conditions and apply them for Interested in Vendor Checkbox widget field instead on Interested in Vendor radio button field, like this:
