Hosting the form in JotForm

Am I correct in thinking I can pay for a months' subscription, integrate w my stripe account and you can host my form / I can share a link to it?

(I'm trying to find a smart way to create a donation pot for someone's retirement from a sports club so don't really want to integrate it into the site)

Yes, we can host your forms in our servers. You can just share the link to your users and they'll be able to open and fill up the form. Here's a guide on how to get the form's direct link:

1. Click the "Publish" button in the toolbar.

2. Under the "Link" tab, you'll see the form's direct link. Just copy and share it.
