PayPal widget deleted itself and can't be added again

I was editing my PayPal products and when I clicked Save, the entire PayPal module was deleted from my form, and Undo wasn't an option...when I try to add PayPal (or ANY payment widget) back to the form, it doesn't stay there and glitches out (see screenshot).

I've tried this again on multiple operating systems and various browsers (Chrome, Safari) and the same effect. Please help!
