URGENT HELP

    I hold an account and last night when trying to sign in it has disabled the account due to phishing from the IP address. Having spent 3 hours this morning

    1. Tweeting Jotform several times

    2. Sent Jotform a messsage on facebook

    3. Filling in the form at least 5 times that you get when I try to log in 

    4.Eventually purchasing a VPN to access my account, sending 'contact us forms' and filling in forum forms (numerous) 

    With no contact from Jotform whats so ever and infact my posts on the forum can't be found nor can my old questions I have asked, I have signed into a different account I have access to to try and get some contact. 

     

    The silence is deafening. Please can SOMEONE HELP ME

    As most people, I need my forms working, my website is not working properly and I run my business with the forms
