Why are email notifications no longer working?

    As of last week, we stopped receiving email notifications for forms that had been working just fine up until then. Could you please look into this and have it fixed ASAP? We did not make any changes to the forms on our end.

    Hello Kelsey,

    Could you please check your Spam/Junk folder of your email address?

    Also, Please take a moment to search for this on your inbox:
     
    Then, select all threads and mark them as Not Spam as you can see the screenshot below:
