    Can no longer view EU only data after EU only data was disabled

    For the last little while if I want to see or download submissions info I have been changing the web page link from www.jotform to eu.jotform.  This does not appear to be working today.  Please advise what is happening and when a proper fix will be in place.

    The EU only data option for your account has been disabled:

    With that option turned off, any new submissions will not be stored in the EU only data center.  Enabling this option will allow for new submissions to be viewed from the EU URL once again.  Any submissions collected while this option is disabled can be viewed from the regular jotform.com URL.

    Hi there
    I am sorry but this doesn't mean an awful lot to me. We never used to have to use eu.jotform link to see submissions. Having to do that is a recent thing as we couldn't see the submissions using the usual www. jotform address. Now I can't see any submissions at all using either address. I certainly haven't been asking for or have changed any setting at my end either.
    Can you please fix this.

    I am able to view your most recent submission data from this URL:

    https://www.jotform.com/submissions/62065856999981

    However, I was not able to view the rest from:

    https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/62065856999981

    I will forward this to our developers to see what is causing this behavior.  We will let you know via this thread as soon as we have any updates.

    Thank you. Sorry to be an additional pain but for this and one other form I need the info asap as its children contact details for a sports event which started today!

    Hello
    I am able to see submission info on this form now using the usual www.jotform address which is great but can you let me know if this is resolved so that new forms will be okay? I have one form which I still cannot see but it is not essential.

    I see that some of the submissions are still not displaying with www.jotform.com. Unfortunately, there is no update from our backend team yet. You'll be updated here once we have any update in this regard.
