Will deleting submissions decrease submission limit?

I am nearing my 100 submission a month limit with Jotform and I thought that if I deleted some submissions this would save space meaning that I could buy a bit of time before paying for the service. I am planning on subscribing, but would need a few days to get payment authorized, does deleting submissions not reduce the counted submissions per month?

Unfortunately, that will not decrease the submission limit, since you have received the submission already. Deleting it will not change the fact that you already received submission.
