I added the JotForm App to my facebook page and when I personally fill it out everything works fine. When customers try to fill it out it does not work...
I'm I missing something?

I cloned your form to test it and it looks like the position of your submit button is causing some issues. If you remove the CSS for your submit button, the form will work properly once again.

I went ahead and removed it for you. The submit button will now be above the back button, however, it will be accessible by users once again.
