Second Infusionsoft email address marked as non-marketable.

    I collect two email addressed on my form to email gift cards to your friends.
    the contact email address is coming into IS as marketable, but the secondary email address is non-marketable. I need to be able to send out the receipt through IS to this person, but it is non-marketable.

     

    is there a way to make BOTH email addresses on the form marketable?

    Please refer also to the support user guide from Infusionsoft here :

    From what I understand you just need to manually do it within Infusionsoft to Opt In/Out the status. You can select the 2nd email address in the option.

    I know how to change that in Infusionsoft manually but I don't wantto have to. I want both email addresses to come across as marketable with the integration. Is that possible?

    I think you what you were looking for is the Default Double Opt-in option. I can see this action available in the integration.

    This is the Email Confirmation sequence feature in Infusionsoft.

    Please enable it on your form. Let us know if it did not work.
