In using Google Chrome browser, I built a website at and embedded several JOTFORM forms throughout my site.  Up until a few days ago, all my pages loaded cleanly and were preceeded by https for 'secure.'

THEN, without changing my JOTFORM forms, my site now partially loads with the warning message...

"This page has insecure content. DON'T LOAD (recommended) or LOAD ANYWAY"

When I check Javascript Console, the error messages say "Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL...." and indications of my forms  BUT the forms are still displayed BEFORE selecting and after selecting DON'T LOAD option.

    Any ideas appreciated!

Thank you for your time - Daina

I noticed that you are using HTTPS in your google-based frame content while the form inside it is not using HTTPS.  This is what's causing the warning to appear.

Since you are not using HTTPS on your website anyway, is it possible for you to not use HTTPS in your google content?  Otherwise, you will need to use Jotform's secure form option.

You can get the Secure Form option by ticking the checkbox for secure form on the embed form wizard and then getting the source

Can you share here how you embedded your form on google sites?

I THOUGHT I DID the following almost 2 months ago.....the error only appeared last 2 weeks.

At Google site, page edit; Insert - More Gadgets; Add gadget by URL

     USED ...

substituting my form id of 20755428352151

I cannot replicate though due to Google site errors.  HOW SHOULD I ADD TO A GOOGLE SITE?

Google Chrome browser seems to be the issue.................Do NOT receive the INSECURE CONTENT messages in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

Solutions:  have everyone accessing your site and form use different browser OR eliminate Google Adsense, Google widgets and suspect links from your own site.  So the point of the Google site is ______?

It seems that this issue is not related to our forms.

According to my tests and this blog post the problem is related to Google Sites themselves.

Here is instruction from Google Groups thread about insecure content warning:

    1. Right-click anywhere on your Gmail page and click "Inspect Element".
    2. A debug window will take over the bottom half of your browser. Click "Console" at the bar at the top of this window.
    3. Search for the words "insecure content" in the console (search bar at the top-right of the console). This line will reveal where the insecure content is coming from.
    4. Disable the plug-in that is creating this message.

This is what I have found on your site:
