    Hello Support,

Each time I log in to JotForm, I am told I have the incorrect password and have to go reset it. Each time, I reset it to the same password it was before, and am only able to log in once it's "changed." Can you please help?

We are sorry for this inconvenience.

If you have to reset your password for every time you try to log in your JotForm account, the issue may be related with your browser caches. Could you please try to log in your account at a different browser or clear your browser caches?

Please have a look at the links below about how to clear browser caches etc:

    Clear-Your-Browser-Cache

Please be sure that you clear "Password" caches of your browser. Why I need to reset my password every time I try to log in? Image 1 Screenshot 20

If the issue persists, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.

    Hello JotForm,

This is continuing to happen on multiple computers and different browser versions. Please let me know what else I could do to solve this problem.

    Thank you,

I have checked your account/username  escondidolibrary and email account, but so far I could not detect any issue with it.

I also could not reproduce issue with logging in to the Form Builder

Can you share to us the steps you have taken when logging to the account and encountering the issue? We will follow this steps as well and see if we can reproduce the problem.

    Thanks.
