    Hi there!

My customers are having trouble uploading their photos to me during the order process for Christmas card personalization via the jotform on my website.

I'm getting lots of emails through my website from potential customers saying they are getting an error saying their photos are too large.

    What to do?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I've checked your form and I've seen that your maximum image upload limit is 1MB.

My personal opinion is 1MB limit is too low to upload image files, indeed. You can change the maximum limit as the following screenshot:

You are able to set maximum 1GB. However, we do not recommend this because it would be too slow.

My recommendation would be to set maximum 204800 KB which equals to 200MB per upload.

If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact.

    Thanks in advance.
