Hi,
Would like to double check on sub-user accounts.
In the scenario that I am the primary account user and I create sub-users that are able to modify the forms and view submission data. If the sub-users embed/share/send my form to others on their own platforms, the submissions will still go to my form and only affect my account's submission quota, is that correct?
Thanks

Hi,
If the master account is the owner of the forms that are shared/embedded/sent then yes, submission quota of the master account is shared. However, if a sub-account creates a form and shares it JotForm considers this as a free account and the submission limit will be 100 per month.
In order to avoid this sub-accounts should move the forms they created to the master account if it is a paid one. Since your account is a paid one this should be the reasonable action to take.
Please contact us again if you need any further assistance.

Hi,
Will the sub-user be able to delete the entire form?
And they do not have the option to delete all submission data, but can delete one submission at a time correct?
Thanks

Hi,
If you give the sub-account permission to edit forms, the sub-user will be able to delete, edit and rename forms:
And they do not have the option to delete all submission data, but can delete one submission at a time correct?
I am afraid this is not correct. If you give permission to the sub-account to view submissions sub-user can delete them either one by one or completely.
