Uploaded images are not coming through submissions

have an order form where people upload a picture of the product to the order form, however every time someone uploads a picture it isnt showing up in the submssions. this was fine at the start and worked but now this is seriously delaying my orders.

I have checked your submissions. It seems like some of your clients preferred not to upload pictures and that is why you do not see them in the submissions. 

Please check your latest submission on 8th of November, 01:34:50. The uploaded image is displayed without a problem:

You will see it clearly if you disable the option "Auto Hide Empty Fields":

As you can see some of the clients left the upload field unfilled:

If you'd like you can make the file upload field required so that your clients will not be able to submit your form without uploading the images.
