Quiero adquirir un formulario para 130 personas. En el que puedan introducir números libremente y que puedan escribir texto. 

Es un formulario de seguimiento. Necesito evidenciar y consolidar los resultados de 130 personas de manera cuantitativa y cualitativa . Ofrecen algún producto .

If I understand you correctly, you want to limit your form to 130 users only. You can enable the submission limit of your form and set it to 130. Here's a guide:

1. In the Form Builder, click the Preferences button.

2. In the General tab, select the Disable on submission limit in your form Status drop down menu. After that, set the Submissions limit to 130. When you're done, click the Save changes button.
