My form is only coming up via desktop on FB not mobile, when I input the code into my site nothing shows.

OK I got my form on my FB page and it only seems to work via mobile.

I also tried adding this to my site on clickfunnels, via the code and nothing is showing.

Unfortunately, using the "Add JotForm Tab" does not work on mobile device, because page tab apps are not visible on mobile interfaces: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/435173473172584/ 

An alternative on this is using custom iFrame Apps, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-a-form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-

What is your tab URL? Page tab apps are not supported on mobile devices by Facebook's Platform, however, Static Iframe Tab App provides direct URL to your page tab that is viewable on mobile devices.
