I have a client that I have got to the final hurdle on a sale ..... but to my horror the most simple of jotforms will not submit on their device .... here's a demo with the simplest form possible
Can she get this to submit on a Blackberry Curve? No!
It states "Enter the Message as Shown" or something to that effect and no submission takes place.
Can anyone try this on a Blackberry Curve before I look like a complete rank amateur
I'd be very grateful. Thanks. Don't you Jotform lot have a Blackberry-centric office?

I do not have a Blackberry phone, but I have submit your form using Blackberry Playbook tablet.
Our forms are working on iOS and Android devices. Are you sure that Blackberry phones can not handle them?
Unfortunately, I was not able to run Blackberry Smartphone Emulator on my Windows 7 64bit machine, for some reason Blackberry MDS can not see Java Development Kit on my pc, and does not run due to that reason.
Can you try to run Blackberry Smartphone Emulator from your side to test the forms?

Hi, in addition to Mike_T, I was able to install the emulator on my end. The Curve 9380 with OS 7.1 to be exact. I was able to submit form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/21303822720946
Here is the thank you screen
I agree with Mike_T, we can indeed submit the form using the Blackberry device.
For a while I thought it could be because of the fact the RIM is using java and it could cause conflict on the JotForm scripts. I guess this is not the case.
Please inform us if this answer the question. Thanks.

Thanks for the effort. I'm very grateful. The client had a Blackberry Curve. Over the phone (landline) I was demoing the form. She couldn't submit it. Nothing you can do really ;(
There was something up. I appreciate the time and effort you've gone to. I'll come back to you
