My form is not receiving submissions.

    My forms are not receiving submissions and they are not directing to a my thank you page after payment.

    Please can you help?

    I've tested the forms many times.
    I am using WorldPay if that makes any difference.

    Incomplete submissions are being marked as such when payments are not received:

    Check to ensure your WorldPay installation ID is correct.
