My forms are not receiving submissions and they are not directing to a my thank you page after payment.
Please can you help?
I've tested the forms many times.
I am using WorldPay if that makes any difference. -

I cloned your form to test it and I am redirected to WorldPay for payment when submissions are received:
Incomplete submissions are being marked as such when payments are not received:

Check to ensure your WorldPay installation ID is correct.
