Is it possible to remove the "powered by Jotform" from the form builder?

Also is it possible to remove the "powered by Jotform" from the form builder?  For that matter, we would wnat to remove any jotform logo.

The JotForm footer 'Powered by JotForm" is removed once you upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan. You may remove the logo only from the form and email notification that been sent provided with agreeing our terms of usage. We request you to go through our terms once for more information.
