How to create approval form?

    1. I have a Purchase order form, it goes to admin ..Shaji@TLCkuwait.com

    2. The Lpo has hidden fields which the admin should approve with Conditions

    3. But the Email is received without the Hidden fields

    4. So it can cannot be processed further 

     

    Need urgent assistance struggling with this for a long time

    You're missing Edit link in your Notifier.

    Notifier will be sent without hidden fields since they are hidden, so in order for your Admin to see the admin fields, you will have to add Edit link in your First notifier (I'm assuming that's the email that he will use to do the approval):

    And when he receives the email and clicks edit:
