Manage Multiple Fields: Can't duplicate fields and their conditions correctlyAsked by bakingfresh on November 09, 2016 at 09:58 AM
I have a form, https://form.myjotform.com/63132996780566, this form I created all the conditions manually which took forever. Our business selling personalised letters from Santa. This form is able to take an order from a customer who wants to create 2 personalised letters using this 1 form.
Now, I am wanting to create another form that can create and accept 3 letters from a customer using 1 form.
So far I have created this form: https://form.myjotform.com/63134424043546
Using my previous form (aka https://form.myjotform.com/63132996780566) I clicked the "manage multiple fields". I then duplicated the fields from and including "Pick your letter design of your 2nd letter" right down to "Dispatch date" and duplicated everything in-between these 2 fields, and added them all most at the bottom of the form, just above where it says " 3 x magical personalised letters from Santa - £4.49 each" When duplicating I also clicked "duplicate conditions" as well.
However once I done this error started appearing.
For example when a user is creating their 2nd letter and select which letter design and story they would like, some of these story text and images are showing 2 images or 2 stories, which they should only be showing 1, i.e they should only be showing the image or text the user has created.
I am wanting to create another form that can accept 4 letters at one time but having to manually enter each condition is going to take forever!

P.s The way the form should be working is like this: https://form.myjotform.com/63132996780566 but with added pages. (this form can accept customers wanting 2 personalised letters, but I need another form that can accept 3 personalised letters in the same way)
I was able to replicate the problem. I saw two issues when duplicating conditions:
1. When you duplicate multiple fields all at once, the number of conditions are duplicated more than it should be.
2. The duplicate conditions will NOT be associated directly to the duplicate fields, instead it will be somehow associated with the original fields, unless you manually edit or update the conditions.
Let me forward this issue to our back-end team to have it checked and fixed.

How long would you expect this issue to take to get fixed?
I really don't want to have to do this manually but at the same time I want a fully working form by next week. What would you advice my next step should be?
Unfortunately we can not give you exact time when this issue will be fixed.
If the issue is not resoled by Saturday I would suggest you to do it manually, if you need working form by next week.
If there is any update we will inform you via this thread.
