Can I create a slider form?

how can I create a slider form? I want a form that each entry is placed individually so that as the customer enters one piece the next entry slides into the screen, is this possible?

We do not have such type of forms, but we do support multi page forms. The form user can be forwarded to the next form page once the Next button is clicked, please follow the next guide.
