When we submit the payment this message occurs
PCI Invalid configuration
The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

I see that you are using PayPal Pro payment on your JotForm. I have tried submitting your JotForm using a test credit card number and see that the following error is displayed.
As I check this error message, it appears when the PayPal account is not a business account. Could you confirm that if you were able to receive payments using the same form earlier with Credit cards?
If you are using a Personal PayPal account, you'll need to upgrade your PayPal account to Business account in order to receive payments using Credit cards.
