Upon checking your form in your website and make some test, I found out that your form is working properly and I didn't replicate the said issue in my end. I fill all the required fields except for the upload a file and it won't submit my submission.

Have you tried already embeding your form using iFrame? If not, please give a try and let us know if the said issue still persist.

    Thank you!

Thank You. I'll give it a try. Do you think it may also be a certain browser problem like IE.

After you have mentioned it, i have tested your form on several browsers and still can't reproduce the said issue. Please try to reembed your form using iFrame as my colleague suggested and let us know if the problem persists.
