Up-dating my account status?

    Yesterday my account was supposed to be billed by $9.95 and the reset of submitted forms. This has not happened yet and the system quota is overlimit. I'm receiving emails from JotForm.


    Please bill my account for a new month and reset system quota.

    Your account should be billed today according to our records- We cannot do it manually

    If your account gets downgraded by tomorrow. Simple resuscribe as if it were the first time, if you still have more concerns, let us know
