Hi, my form is recently disabled. After reading some FAQ in the internet, I understand there is a language issue. So I have tried to do the multilingual translation setting from English to Vietnamese. But later the form is disabled again. Maybe it's because I personalized the email auto-responder and thank you message in Vietnamese language. Please clarify or advise what I can do to enable the form. Thanks a lot.

I just checked the form and your account and it appears to be active. I believe that the problem has now been resolved.
