    GetResponse Integration: Not receiving email autoresponders

    Good morning,

    now the user that sign up to the campaign was added in the correct campaign but not received the mail form the autoresponder because there isn’t calendar icon next them.

    I have checked your form 53543992521358 (Inviami la tua planimetria catastale!), and I see that this form does not have any autoresponder email configured:

    If you want your users to receive an autoresponder email, please make sure to set it up on the form, which can be done by following this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    Please try it out and let us know should you need further assistance.

    Good morning,

    the autoresponder mail is in GetResponse but the problem is that the users don’t receive the mail because there isn’t the calendar date. (attached)

    I asked to Getresponse but they said the problem is the form and they don’t anything..

    I am a bit confused of this ticket. From what I understand on the discussion, the problem was the autoresponder on the side of GetResponse and not on the form.

    If you add an Autoresponder Email on your form it should be working just fine. Your form respondents will be able to receive the auto email.

    There is no bug reported on this thread. The current ticket was actually a feature request which is not high in priority.

    Were you perhaps meaning to say that GetResponse integration is not working on your form?

    Please clarify if this was the case. 

    So far there were no other reports about the same issue. It could be an isolated case only.

    YES, EXACTLY. THE PROBLEM WAS THE AUTORESPONDER ON THE SIDE OF GETRESPONSE.

    WHEN AN USER COMPLETE THE FORM OF JOTFORM (this--- http://www.totalrenderarchitecture.com/carica-la-planimetria-remax) HE WAS CORRECTLY ADD TO THE CORRECT CAMPAIGN BUT NOT RECEIVE ANY MAIL OF THE GETRESPONSE AUTORESPONDER.

    I send you an image where you can see there isn’t the calendar date!!

    Thank you for the additional information and confirmation about this issue.

    As far as I know based on the issue I believe this is likely a feature probably because it is something that our devs might have to add to support that functionality within getresponse for the autoresponder to work in conjunction with it whereas by default ours functions normally.

    But, we will check with our devs about this just to be sure and then update you as soon as we know or hear something more.

    Also, I forgot to say that you mentioned you were going to send us an image for us to see this but I don't see it here.

    To attach an image please use our image insertion tool or our file repository then attach it but, alternatively you can always just email it to us at support@jotform.com in reference to this thread.
