Why my forms have been disabled?

    MY forms have all been disabled and i do not know why. I need to send one to a client today.

    Please help be to enable to form.

    I have already removed the guilty field, but please, take a look to the answer given on that thread and read our terms so you avoid your form being suspended again because of phishing suspicious.
