You can use Inventory widget and set it's Available quantity to be one:

That way when somebody takes the product it will show none left:

    Could that work for you?

    Please let us know.

    Thank you!

This actually does do what we need. I noticed the Gift Registry option works as well.

However, we have 25 people with 3 wishes each. When I put them all on one page the inventory takes a long time to load, so that will be a bit of an issue.  I am attempting to put the information on an HTML page and using a pop up window feature to open the form individually, implying I will now have to create 25 forms :(

Thanks though! I'm sure I will find a way to make this work. Any other suggestions?

    Best,

    John

Yes, you're right, Gift Registry will do as well, Inventory widget crossed my mind first.

In that setup probably a Gift Registry would be a better option.

Could you tell us if they are all taking one type of wish, or there are several, how you imagine that?

So we can see what is the possible solution.

    Thank you!
