I have been trying for three days to upgrade my account. I need to increase my form submission limit ASAP!!

I see you had a previous Premium bi-yearly subscription that is about to renew. So I've canceled and set the account back to free, as for some reason the account was upgraded to Silver at $0.00 in our side, so please go ahead and re-upgrade to Silver.
