When I finish designing the form and save it ..I press preview to take the link ....A message appears "this form is disabled " .

The account was suspended because of the "Password" field in your form.
Please be informed that we are strict when it comes to preventing our forms be used to any phishing activities like asking sensitive information such as "passwords".
We have an anti-phishing system that scans forms. Once the form is suspected of any phishing activity, it will be disabled and the account will be automatically suspended.
I have deleted the field from your form and reactivated your account.
May I suggest you use a different label for that field? You can try to use, "code", "access code", or "keyword".
