I have attempted to reset my password several times by entering in my username and my email address and it is not sending me the instructions even though it is telling me they were sent.
I have attempted this several times throughout the day and have checked my junk/spam folders as well. I'm receiving email from everywhere else, just not these instructions to reset my password.

Your email landed in our bounce list because your mail server said the email does not exist. I have now removed it from the list.
Apparently, your email address also has 2 user accounts. So as much as I would want to proceed and run a password reset, I'm not sure also for which username you're trying to reset.
Anyhow, since i have removed your email address from the bounce list, you should be able to receive already an email the next time you run a password reset. Please ensure that you have checked your spam folder as well.
