Hi, I am attempting to sign in to my account from my desktop and it continues to tell me that my username is incorrect. However, I know that it is not because I can sign in perfectly fine from my phone and I am comparing the information between the two.

I guess the account username information of the field is replacing another login information of any web page in your browser cache. So that, Please clear your browser caches and please be sure that Form Data of the browser will be cleared.
