When using a multi-page form, I am using page 1 for name & email before sending them to page 2. What I am trying to accomplish is if the consumer is on page 2, but exits out before completing form, can I still capture their name and email from page 1. I tried several examples, but the entries are not showing up. I am looking to send them an email to try and get them to complete the form.

If you make the fields on the 1st form a required field, it should not be able to proceed to form 2.
Or you can use the URL redirect method to have multipage-form -How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission . This make sure that on the 1st form, you capture the data through submit button, before it go to the 2nd form.
This mean though that you will have 2 separate submission report.
But if the user is really have no intention of submitting/completing the form (i.e. just click 'x' on the browser or did not hit 'submit' button), I don't think there is really other way to capture the data.
Hope this answers your question. Please inform us if you have further inquiry. Thanks.
