Why when embedding a form like (Jotform) with Wix in Mobile view it is bad

Hello, 

So I recently embedded my Form into Wix and when I view my site in my mobile phone.

The form doesn't appear in a good way. For example when I add the contact us, the cells for filling the info appears perfectly fine, but when I have my embedded form it doesn't work.

I hope you have a solution for this problem or can help me with this.
