People unable to upload forms

    Hi,

    As of yesterday come of our customer are complaining that they are unable to upload forms, is there an issue your end?

    Will you be able to look into it for me?

    Hello Kim,

    I just tried uploading a few small files in your upload field but I was not able to encounter any upload issues. Is there a specific or an approximate size and a certain file type that your customers are uploading to see if we can replicate the issue?

    People send in a mix of photos, and excel files. Some clients are
    successful, some aren't, they say that it just crashes?

    Hi Kim,

    I tested upload on your form and, same like my colleague, I wasn't able to replicate this error.

    I uploaded several files, all with different extensions:

    I'm assuming that it was a temporary network issue when they experienced this problem, but if you experience this problem again please try to screenshot the error or just the crash of upload, so we can investigate further.
