Hello... I have the following form:
http://form.jotform.us/63164628678165
This form is EMBEDDED on my Wordpress website at:
https://themaidcrew.com/page-with-2nd-form///

I used your app at http://prepopulate.jotform.io/ to prepopulate the URL.
What was generated was:
Based on reading the forums, I substituted the URL's base " http://form.jotform.us/63164628678165 " with " https://themaidcrew.com/page-with-2nd-form/// "
The new URL is:
When you click on the new URL, my website says no page found.
Can someone help me understand what's wrong? I've tried two approaches. I tried embedding the form on my webpage using both embed script as well as iframe code and neither approach works.
Thank you!

It should actually work, have you tried re-embedding the form using the default embed script (not iFrame)? It is possible that the URL parameter is not getting through the form because it is wrapped in an iframe:
Here you can see I pasted the default embed script on my Wordpress powered test website:
Here you can see that I was able to prepopulate my form fields:
However, please note that you might get some script conflict between Wordpress and JotForm's resources. It would be best to test and check if there are any errors before finalizing the setup.
Let us know if that works.
