I set up an autoresponder in one of my themes and when I receive an email it is giving me message "thise sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be."

As I have checked you have set your own SMTP sender to the autoresponder email as the following screenshot:
It is probably related to your email address. If your users got your emails in SPAM folder, tell your users to mark your email address as NOT SPAM.
I have fulfilled your form in order to test your autoresponder email. I have received your autoresponder into my inbox successfully as the following:
I did not see any error message indicating the email fails in fraud detection checks.
If the issue continues, I recommend you to edit your SMTP configurations.
