I can't receive notifications

    I have my form set up and we ran a test to see what the respond would be, it did not sent an email to confirm, nor did it send a notification to me to say that it is received?

     

    What might cause this problem?

    Hi,

    Sorry for this inconvenience.

     

    We have recently an e-mail issue. Notifications sending through Amazon were failed. That' s why, we switched to send e-mail via our own servers. As you can see here below, the failure happened for e-mails sending Amazon. 



    I can suggest you to use your own e-mail as Sender e-mail by using SMTP instead of Jotform.

    Please try again and let us know if you face the same problem again. Please also check your spam folder and marked as not spam if there is any e-mails from JotForm in your spam folder.
