How long does it take for uploaded space to reduce upon removing old uploaded files

When you reach the 100MB upload limit on the free plan, and then delete submissions to create space again, how long does it take for the forms to be active again and to be able to take submissions? Is it pretty much instant, or does it happen over a set amount of time? I've reached my limit, cleared off some submissions and created space, but I don't know if this now means my forms can be back up and running or if I have to wait? Also, is there a way for me to easily find out where I am with the upload limit so that I can keep an eye on its status in future?

The upload space should automatically lower its reported amount as soon as you delete the submissions that had filed uploaded within them. Normally, this is almost instant, or with a very short delay.

Your account is currently at 66.60 MB, out of 100 MB that is allocated for free accounts.
