I tried to put 2 cells in one line, it didn't adjust to take only 2 cells and sometimes take 3 cells. for example, I tried to put # of G.F beside Hours for G.F and # of Forman next to Hours per each Forman. Can you please helo with that?

There are a couple ways to ensure that fields are not placed on the same line. The first is to increase the overall width of the fields on that line until it pushes the next field off the line. That can be quite tedious. The second, is to add a spacer widget between fields:

Set the height of the widget to a very low value and the look of your form will not change. The spacer acts as a separator between lines and allows for much easier placement of fields.
