A Lot of seem to be having the same issue. The "conditions" function seems to be buggy. We found that if you delete all your condtions then the email notifications work. Yes I know that it's almost a must for most of us to have conditions but they don't work any longer at least for us. ???

I made a test submission. Here is the details on our log:

If you contact your hosting provider and ask them what happens to the email with this id (bold above), they can probably find out.
