To my understanding, you have been trying to reset your account password using the "Forgot Password?" on the login page and you're not receiving the reset instruction in your email address, is that correct?
I see in your email logs that it was successfully sent. Can you check your Spam folder and make sure it's not there, please?
Kindly try again to send another one to your account and let us know the result.
