Recently when a completed form is submitted it is appearing full of code in the email and totally unreadable.

I could not seem to reproduce the problem. Perhaps your email client is filtering or reading them as text? Kindly review.
You can also try to delete your email notifications and create a new one. See if this helps.

Hi I deleted the email notifications and added them back in and that has sorted the problem. We have just moved to Office 365 so I think that maybe caused it to get a bit mixed up.
