Image: Unable to upload image. Encountered Server Error message.

    I have attempted to upload a JPeg Image from my computer onto a form i was creating but the image is not appearing. At one point it says server error and effectually shows uo like few dots.

    As per checking, I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting. I was able to replicate the issue using https://eu.jotform.com URL.

    When I try to access the Form Builder using https://www.jotform.com URL, I was able to upload the image properly.

    I will have to escalate the issue to our development team so they can further investigate. We will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue. 

     

    For now, can you try to edit your form using this URL: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=63193502956359 and see if you can upload the image properly.
