    Inventory widget is not working correctly, it is counting up instead of down

    I have the inventory widget on one of my forms and the number left is counting up instead of down. How do I fix this?

    I have cloned your form and when I tested my cloned form this error message was shown for Inventory widget field.

    I have updated Inventory widget on my form and my issue was resolved.

    Please try to do the same on your form.

    If the issue is still not resolved, please let us know.

    Also can we test your live form to see if we can replicate mentioned issue?

    I have updated the widget and the number remaining stayed the same. I should only have 6 tickets remaining, but it shows 14.

    You can definitely test the live form.

    I made several tests on your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. When i opened your form first time there was 14 tickets left. I selected 2 tickets and submitted the form, however number of tickets remain the same. Then I submitted your form again and this time I selected 1 ticket, but like you mentioned number was increased to 15. After that I made another test, I selected 4 tickets and number of left tickets was reduced by 2. I have also tried to update widget on your account, but that did not resolved the issue.

    I will escalate this issue to our developer and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    For now I can only suggest you to clone your form and use cloned form or add additional Inventory widget to your form and hide other that is not working.
