    Hi

My applicants cannot enter their promo coupon to on my application.  They cannot choose either product option and cannot enter the code.

I have checked your form and I can see the payment section is working properly,  was able to select some products and even enter one of the coupon codes you have set up in the payment wizard.

Here's a screenshot of my tes:

Are you still experiencing the problem on your end?

If so, please share us a screenshot of the web console, that will help us to know if there is something that does not allow the coupon code to be applied properly, the keyboard shortcuts below will help you to get the web console.

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J

    Firefox:

    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K

This guide will help you to upload a screenshot with your next reply: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum

If this only happens with certain codes, please let us know the codes and we will be glad to further test on our end.

    Looking forward to your response.

We are still having issue.  The widget just seems to freeze.  Can't choose a product or enter a code or anything.  Oddly, it works for some and not others...

It seems a bit odd that the form gets freeze on your end since I have checked it once again and I can see it works fine on my end:

I cant enter a coupon code in the payment widget since form is getting freeze Screenshot 20

Which web browser are you using on your end?

May be this is something specific with one web browser and version, if you could let us know which OS you're using then it would be great since we will perform tests on that specific OS version and web browser so we will try to find the problem on our end.

     We'll wait for your response.

I tested your form using its direct link which is this one https://form.jotform.us/63125001254137. But I cannot replicate the problem, here's a screencast where I am filling out your form:

I cant enter a coupon code in the payment widget since form is getting freeze Screenshot 20

Please provide us more details. What Operating System is used, I understand that Chrome was the browser. Is it happening in both mobile device and computer?

May we also know if the form is embedded on a website page? Meaning is it placed on your website where the user's are filling it out? How is the form being used? Is it using the direct link of the form which is this one https://form.jotform.us/63125001254137? Or is it through your website page?

    We'll wait for your response.

The shorten link you shared redirects to a first form and then to the second form which is the one in question, the only difference that I can see is that the form has some pre-populated data and it is using the session method for the save and continue later feature.

I can see in the form in question you have enabled the auto-fill feature, I would suggest you to disable it since it is not necessary as you're already using the session method.

Also remove the "?preview=true" from the form link and leave only the "?session=email@mail.com" so the feature could work properly.

    Sample link: https://www.jotform.us/form/63125001254137?session=support@mail.com

Please make this change and if the problem still persists share us the link to the webpage where you have embedded your form, may be the problem is happening only when it is embedded, we will be glad to further check your form.

I don't know how/where to disable the auto fill

Also, I adjusted the URL and its not working.

To disable the auto-fill feature, please click on the preferences button on the top toolbar:

I cant enter a coupon code in the payment widget since form is getting freeze Screenshot 30

Once there go to the advanced tab and set the auto-fill feature to disabled:

I cant enter a coupon code in the payment widget since form is getting freeze Screenshot 41

If this still does not work, please provide us the link where the form has been embedded, we will be glad to check if and find if it only happens on the embedded version of the form.

    Looking forward to your response.
