Do you accept Purchase Orders and can you invoice my agency for one-year of services?

We are a State agency looking for your services but cannot use a credit card for payment.  We can initiate a Purchase Order and pay for up to 12 months in advance via an invoice from JotForm.

We do accept purchase order, only yearly and bi-yearly subscriptions are available for purchase orders. What is your account username? We need it to send you the invoice to the right account.
