Form Analytics option not showing up for sub user accounts

I set up a user for the purpose of letting them see their form analytics but it seems there is no link to form analytics for them. Please tell me they don't have to have a paid account to see analytics on my shared forms...

The Form Analytics should be available to the Sub-User when the Edit Form permissions are granted.
