How to know the submitter's IP address?

I would like to know how I can capture the IP address from the computer that is used to submit the form, and have it on the pdf form.

This is possible indeed, here is a guide that will help you to know the IP address of the submitter: How-to-Find-IP-Addresses-of-Form-Submitters

This should be added to the PDF report, but if not, then you could reset the PDF report so all the info in your form can be added.
